WOW! It's been so long since I wrote a blog! I would love to say that this class that I was taking took up all of my time but the truth of that matter is that I was just being a lazy bastid. I really need to do better because one thing that I know for sure keeping a blog does is improve my writing. I guess.
So the picture is my attempt at cream spinach. Had my wisdoms removed on Thursday so I had to sick to soft foods. I used this as an excuse for me to finally try to make something that I love.
